Senior Application Architect, Remote in Illinois
Shape application designs around HCSC’s architecture roadmap and connect applications, databases, and middleware. Partner with delivery teams on technical design, Azure, Databricks, DevOps, and solution architecture.
Description
- Align project designs with the application architecture roadmap
- Guide project and product teams through functional and technical design
- Define how application packages, databases, and middleware work together to meet product needs
- Serve as the integration subject matter expert for products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of IT experience, or technical certification and/or college coursework with 6 years of IT experience, or 8 years of IT experience
- Background in application and/or product feature design
- Experience configuring applications
- Experience with Azure and/or Databricks
- Experience with application development platforms and/or languages such as HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.NET, PHCSC, Ruby, or C#
- Experience with cloud computing, including SaaS and/or PaaS
- Experience with DevOps, continuous deployment and/or integration processes, and tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, or Jira
- Experience with integration technologies such as Tibco, Informatica, or CAS
- Experience with iterative, agile, and/or Scrum development
- Experience in solution architecture
- Application domain knowledge
