- Support modernization, platform, data, and AI-readiness engagements
- Use Databricks as the primary platform for data engineering work
- Create durable, carefully engineered data systems with a production focus
Requirements
- Recent or current experience as a Data Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, Data Platform Engineer, or Databricks Engineer
- Production experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Spark or PySpark, Unity Catalog, or lakehouse projects
- Strong skills in Python, testing, Git, CI/CD, code review, deployment, or Infrastructure as Code
- Experience managing data quality, orchestration, monitoring, lineage, schema evolution, or data contracts
- Background in client delivery, stakeholder engagement, modernization projects, mentoring, or cross-team engineering work
- Experience with AWS or Azure; either cloud platform is acceptable
- Experience developing ML or AI feature pipelines, using MLflow, managing model lineage, working with embeddings or vector search, or preparing evaluation datasets
