Sales Executive – Greater Seattle (Hybrid)

Drive new-business development and recurring facility-services contracts for City Wide Facility Solutions across Greater Seattle. Manage territory sales from prospecting and onsite assessments through proposals and contract close.

Description

  • Generate new business through targeted B2B prospecting, outbound calls, email outreach, networking, industry events, and onsite engagement.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients within the protected territory.
  • Identify decision-makers and build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other key contacts.
  • Research local businesses to uncover opportunities for City Wide facility services.
  • Conduct onsite facility surveys to assess prospect needs and service requirements.
  • Create tailored proposals and facility-service solutions.
  • Present solutions, negotiate contract terms, and close recurring-service agreements with decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposal components involving pricing, measurements, cleaning rates, percentages, and related calculations.
  • Keep Microsoft Dynamics CRM records accurate, including activities, opportunity stages, accounts, notes, and forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed targets for outbound activity, survey appointments, proposals, and closed business.
  • Stay current on competitive pricing, industry trends, and City Wide facility solutions.
  • Partner with Facility Solutions Managers and Operations during client onboarding.
  • Represent City Wide at networking events, trade associations, community functions, and client meetings.
  • Support a positive, team-oriented culture through reliable communication and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales.
  • B2B outside-sales experience preferred, especially in new-business, service-based, or recurring-revenue environments.
  • Proven ability to prospect outbound and generate self-sourced opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Sound business judgment and comfort working with pricing, measurements, percentages, and margins.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently.
  • Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory in an active outside-sales role.
  • Ability to walk commercial facilities and complete onsite assessments.
  • Ability to climb stairs and navigate varied indoor commercial environments.
  • Ability to work in office, industrial, manufacturing, medical, and retail facilities.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
