Sales Development Representative — TecsPal, Uruguay (Hybrid)
Generate qualified prospects for TecsPal’s hardware and logistics solutions through outbound sales activity. Engage prospects across multiple channels while managing CRM records and sales-development workflows.
Description
- Create new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media
- Explain TecsPal’s value propositions clearly, uncover prospect needs, and evaluate fit
- Keep CRM records accurate and current
- Consistently achieve outreach activity KPIs
- Provide sales and marketing teams with insights that support ongoing improvement
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks
Requirements
- Prior sales experience
- Comfort with cold calling
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to promote and sell ideas persuasively
- Creative, unconventional approach to problem-solving
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Resilience and a positive attitude when handling criticism, rejection, or failure
- Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Based in Uruguay and available for hybrid work
- Available for full-time work, eight hours per day
