- Develop working knowledge of Grafana technology, competing solutions, the open source ecosystem, and relevant industry developments
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and effectively
- Reach prospective customers in target accounts through email, social media, and phone outreach
- Manage and research leads and accounts using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards
- Investigate priority prospects and tailor outreach through email and LinkedIn
- Hold discovery conversations to understand user objectives and explain how Grafana may support them
- Achieve targets for new business opportunities and pipeline generation
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional partners
- Support users and prospects with relevant resources and guidance
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to uncover additional business opportunities
Requirements
- Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and conversation
- Organize competing priorities effectively while managing multiple demands
- Approach varied assignments with a strong focus on quality
- Show initiative and resourcefulness in a continuously changing environment
- Be located in Switzerland
