Sell Entel lines, port-in services, and plans to current and prospective customers by phone for Netcall Perú. Record sales accurately, provide courteous service, and work toward sales targets.
Description
- Call current and prospective ENTEL customers.
- Offer new lines, number port-ins, and additional lines.
- Explain plans, promotions, and customer benefits.
- Work toward assigned sales targets.
- Enter each sale accurately in the system.
- Provide friendly, courteous customer service.
- Complete 11 days of paid training.
- Work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 45-minute break.
- Take Sundays and public holidays off.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education.
- At least 18 years old.
- No prior experience required.
- Laptop or desktop computer.
- Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor (6th generation or later), or Ryzen 3 or later.
- Internet connection of at least 50 Mbps; wired connection preferred.
- Windows 10 or later.
- Webcam.
- USB headset or headphones with a microphone.
- Skills: assertiveness, achievement orientation, communication, persuasion, and a proactive approach.
