Remote Contract Coordinator – ADHD and Autism Assessments
Coordinate ADHD and autism assessments for Xyla’s NHS mental health services. Manage appointments, patient records, pathway progress and communication with patients, clinicians and other stakeholders.
Description
- Manage ADHD and autism assessments from referral through discharge
- Arrange and oversee patient appointments
- Keep patient records and supporting documentation accurate and up to date
- Serve as a primary contact for patients, clinicians and relevant stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and professionally across the assessment pathway
- Track progress through each care pathway
- Recognise and escalate risks, delays and other issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate data to support quality, compliance and reporting activities
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to organise work and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Consistently high attention to detail
- Background in a customer-focused service environment
