Regional Operations Manager - Oral Surgery

Lead patient care, operational performance, growth, and compliance across Paradigm Oral Health’s multi-site oral surgery practices. Guide administrators and staff across the Southeast region.

Description

  • Direct the patient experience, operational performance, growth, and results of multiple oral surgery practices in an assigned region.
  • Support practice administrators and staff in improving workflows, patient satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Track KPIs and financial results, taking timely action to address performance gaps.
  • Manage the daily operations of multiple oral surgery practices.
  • Create and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Find opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operations.
  • Offer coaching, mentoring, and professional development support.
  • Complete performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback.
  • Partner with senior leaders on strategic growth and expansion plans.
  • Create and execute marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, attract patients, and increase referrals.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, industry standards, and established best practices.
  • Track healthcare regulations, insurance requirements, and legal obligations while implementing updates and training.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop leaders and clinical professionals for key roles.
  • Handle other related responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in dentistry, preferably including management responsibility.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as business needs require.
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing multiple practices.
  • Strong financial expertise, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance obligations, and industry developments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
  • Detailed knowledge of the assigned territory, market, and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Highly organized with careful attention to detail.
