Support Ryan Companies’ commercial construction work across Chicago, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Dallas, Tucson, and Atlanta. Coordinate drawings, materials, schedules, subcontractors, billings, and invoices.

Description

  • Report to the Superintendent or Quality Manager, with indirect reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Support the project team in delivering an assigned construction project.
  • Build knowledge of field and office operations and how they relate to physical construction.
  • Coordinate shop drawings.
  • Assist office and field staff.
  • Complete estimates and quantity takeoffs.
  • Purchase materials needed for assigned tasks.
  • Track materials and equipment inventory at the project site.
  • Monitor and update project schedules.
  • Track assigned subcontracts, subcontractor schedules and staffing, and material deliveries.
  • Prepare billings and review invoices.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Must verify authorization to work in the United States.
  • A four-year college degree is required, preferably in a construction-related field.
  • Ability to take responsibility and work effectively with others.
