Onsite Credit Analyst – The Kendall Group

Manage customer accounts, delinquent payments, and payment reconciliations for The Kendall Group, an employee-owned company. Partner with Finance, Sales, customers, and internal teams to resolve open balances.

Description

  • Oversee open customer accounts and related credit activity
  • Contact customers to address delinquent payments and drive resolution
  • Work with internal partners to determine the causes of non-payment and resolve outstanding issues
  • Reconcile customer payment concerns and account discrepancies
  • Help customers and Sales identify solutions for open balances
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned
  • Serve on the Finance Team and report to the Credit Manager

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and careful attention to detail
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to multitask and reprioritize work as needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Skilled in building relationships, negotiating, solving problems, and following through with internal and external partners
  • Able to communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels
  • Able to exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Able to see, speak, and hear
  • Able to sit for up to eight hours per day
  • Previous credit analysis experience is preferred, though training is available for the right candidate
  • Available for rare, occasional travel when required, expected to be less than 5%
  • Two years of B2B credit and collections experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with an ERP system preferred but not required
  • General knowledge of lien laws and related procedures preferred but not required
