Description
- Convert first- and third-party data into practical intelligence for customer, market, and competitive initiatives
- Develop and oversee analytics programs such as Customer Lifetime Value, Account Health scoring, and Propensity to Buy
- Apply machine learning, LLM orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures
- Create intelligent agents and automate the delivery of business insights
- Present complex analytical results through clear dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Contribute data-driven support to Iron Mountain’s global growth strategy and key commercial decisions
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in data analysis or data science, ideally in a large enterprise or B2B technology environment
- Strong command of Python or R, SQL, cloud data platforms, and predictive statistical modeling
- Practical experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable visualization tools
- Working familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vertex AI
- Demonstrated experience supporting competitive intelligence, market research, or customer experience functions
