Management Associate, Executive Development Rotational Program — Raleigh Hybrid

Complete six-month rotations across strategy, pricing, market research, and business development at LexisNexis. Work with senior leaders on critical business challenges while building the skills needed for future business leadership.

Description

  • Work with business leaders on critical priorities through project-based assignments
  • Set project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans
  • Assess complex business issues using data and relevant analytical frameworks
  • Measure financial impact and oversee project timelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop effective, productive teams
  • Present recommendations, implementation strategies, and action plans
  • Create alignment across key stakeholders
  • Help business leaders apply project findings and recommendations
  • Use AI tools, business frameworks, and data analysis to assess opportunities, measure impact, and support execution
  • Complete six-month rotations in Strategy, Pricing, Market Research, Business Development, Acquisitions and Integration, and Sales Channel Strategies
  • Take part in executive mentoring, professional development, onboarding, networking, training, coaching, and mentorship activities
  • Pursue full-time roles across LexisNexis business units after completing the two-year program

Requirements

  • Expected to earn a professional degree—MBA, JD, PhD, or MD—before the program begins
  • Completed professional degree studies in 2025 or 2026, or expected to finish between August 2026 and May 2027
  • At least five years of experience before completing the qualifying degree, including relevant academic, research, internship, entrepreneurial, or industry experience where applicable
  • Experience in a business-to-business technology or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
  • Data analysis experience
  • Background in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Legal, or a related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and effective collaboration skills
  • Analytical and quantitative ability, including turning data into actionable insights and persuasive business narratives
  • Demonstrated learning agility, leadership potential, business acumen, adaptability, accountability, and commitment to continued growth
  • Ability to work from a dedicated LexisNexis office two to three days per week
