Description

  • Support the development and industrialization of seat belt and airbag components.
  • Manage and track quality issues identified in production, testing, and field operations.
  • Assist with root-cause analysis and the definition of corrective actions.
  • Support technical updates and product change management activities.
  • Check component compliance with applicable regulations and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, quality teams, testing functions, and development departments.
  • Contribute to component validation and performance monitoring throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least six months to one year of professional experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive components; familiarity with passive safety systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
