Description

  • Manage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform user accounts, licenses, business units, teams, and security roles
  • Configure entities, fields, forms, views, charts, dashboards, and business rules from approved business requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor Power Automate flows and workflows
  • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 CRM support by recording, prioritizing, diagnosing, and resolving tickets
  • Handle data imports, exports, bulk updates, and duplicate detection activities
  • Assist with solution management across development, testing, and production environments
  • Test Microsoft release waves, patches, and internal enhancements while recording results and issues
  • Track system performance, integrations, and storage, escalating problems when necessary
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and user training resources
  • Lead user training and onboarding sessions
  • Support Dynamics 365 views and dashboards and contribute to Power BI reporting
  • Comply with company IT, security, and data governance requirements
  • Advocate for Dynamics 365 users by resolving access problems, automating workflows, protecting data quality, troubleshooting tickets, testing releases, and preparing user guides

Requirements

  • Hold a current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification, such as PL-200, PL-900, MB-210, or MB-220
  • Have an associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bring 1–2 years of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or Power Platform administration or configuration experience; internships and project work are accepted
  • Understand Dynamics 365 security roles, data modeling, and customization tools
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Work proficiently with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Additional Microsoft certifications are preferred, including MB-230 or both MB-210 and MB-220
  • Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, or basic SQL is preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations such as SAP and manufacturing or industrial customer service settings is preferred
  • Exposure to ITIL principles or ticketing best practices is preferred
  • Manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and time zones
  • Work independently and maintain discipline in on-site or remote settings
