Description
- Oversee the People area’s contract portfolio.
- Maintain governance and monitor operational and financial performance.
- Track contract terms, payments, and contractual commitments.
- Support contracting activities and process requests through SAP.
- Follow approvals and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
- Maintain area metrics and control systems.
- Help improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Handle a high volume of requests across multiple suppliers and stakeholder groups.
- Support contract compliance, service continuity, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Professional experience in contract management and administration.
- Background in contract governance and supplier management.
- Knowledge of SAP procurement, purchase order, and contract management processes.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency for data control and analysis.
- Experience overseeing payments, suppliers, and administrative workflows.
- Ability to manage competing requests and collaborate with varied stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and KPI creation.
- Experience in shared service centers or corporate support functions.
- Understanding of financial, tax, and procurement processes.
