IT Director, Corporate Technology — Spain (Hybrid)

Lead Docplanner’s global corporate technology function for a healthcare platform. Oversee workplace technology, security, service delivery, vendors, and distributed IT teams.

Description

  • Direct Docplanner’s corporate IT function across the organization
  • Define the global strategy and operating model for workplace technology and IT service delivery
  • Oversee end-user computing, identity and access, device lifecycles, collaboration tools, office connectivity, service management, assets, licenses, vendors, and operational resilience
  • Partner with Security, Business Systems, People Experience, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and senior company leaders
  • Clarify technology ownership and deliver a consistent experience across the organization
  • Manage and develop a geographically distributed IT team
  • Set service priorities and performance standards
  • Create a roadmap that balances reliability, security, colleague experience, and cost
  • Use operational data to uncover productivity losses and address recurring issues
  • Strengthen onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, service performance, governance, resilience, and automation

Requirements

  • Background leading IT for a complex organization operating across multiple countries
  • Understanding of global standards, local adaptation, and regulatory requirements across markets
  • Knowledge of identity, access, endpoint, data-handling, continuity, and operational security controls
  • Track record of partnering with Security and Risk functions
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, licenses, assets, and technology portfolios
  • Ability to simplify fragmented technology environments and control spending
  • Experience delivering significant change and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience applying automation and evaluating AI for support, knowledge management, provisioning, analysis, and controls
  • Experience leading IT through substantial growth or transformation
  • Authorized to work in Spain or Poland without visa sponsorship, or willing to require sponsorship
  • Professional fluency in English
