Description

  • Lead internal audit engagements by mapping risks and controls, executing tests, preparing reports, and presenting findings to the relevant business units.
  • Analyze processes and help build automated continuous-auditing monitoring solutions, including applications of Generative AI.
  • Build current knowledge of the Lojas Renner Ecosystem and follow evolving internal-audit standards, practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in auditing, ideally with a focus on internal process audits; Big Four experience is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; candidates from other academic backgrounds may also be considered.
  • Working knowledge of internal-control frameworks such as COSO, risk management principles, and IIA internal-auditing standards.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with strong reasoning, advocacy, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with an interest in professional growth and learning new capabilities.
