HR Administrator - Wood (Hybrid, Gurugram)

Wood is seeking an HR Administrator for its hybrid Gurugram team. The role supports employee records, HR documentation, HRIS updates, leave administration, employee movements, and leaver processing.

Description

  • Maintain employee records in the HR system
  • Create and electronically file employee documents in network drives
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, forms, and certificate validations
  • Document employee movements and update corresponding HRIS records
  • Track timesheets for employees on short-term disability
  • Notify line managers about negative leave balances
  • Prepare leaver documentation and update worker statuses in the HRIS
  • Handle queries from HR counterparts

Requirements

  • A degree or relevant qualification in business or human resources is preferred but not required
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle, plus case management tools and shared-service environments
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and delivering against agreed objectives and service levels
  • Prior experience entering data and protecting the integrity of confidential information
  • Ability to prepare accurate documents using established templates and instructions
  • Oil and gas industry experience is an added advantage
