Forward-Deployed Implementation Engineer – EMEA Remote

Deploy TENEX.AI’s AI-driven MDR platforms for enterprise cybersecurity customers across EMEA. Configure SIEM and SOAR integrations, troubleshoot deployments, and train users on their security environments.

Description

  • Deliver end-to-end platform deployments for new customers using Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel
  • Onboard log sources, configure data connectors, and verify ingestion pipelines
  • Deploy TENEX content such as parsers, dashboards, detections, and playbooks into customer SIEM and SOAR environments
  • Follow standardized playbooks to deliver MDR coverage within target service-level objectives
  • Resolve connectivity, ingestion, and configuration issues throughout implementation
  • Provide hands-on customer training to help users navigate, understand, and benefit from their deployed platform
  • Record deployment configurations and prepare handoff documentation for the ongoing support team
  • Coordinate multiple customer deployments based on platform and implementation complexity
  • Escalate technical impediments to Senior Engineers or the Manager when necessary
  • Lead customer-facing technical implementations for TENEX, an AI-native, automation-first Managed Detection and Response provider

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, cloud engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Practical experience with SIEM platforms, especially Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel
  • Experience onboarding log sources, configuring data connectors, and setting up ingestion pipelines
  • Familiarity with data pipeline tools such as Bindplane, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, or comparable technologies
  • Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or a similar language
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and security operations processes
  • Experience with GCP, Azure, and/or AWS cloud platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a decisive, action-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing settings
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-performance startup
  • Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Google Cloud Professional, Microsoft SC-200/AZ-500, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based
  • Visa sponsorship may be necessary to continue working in the country
