European Sales Manager, Dairy Ingredients
Lead Armor Protéines’ dairy ingredients business across Europe, shaping international sales strategy and developing key accounts. Drive growth through customer acquisition, market planning, and collaboration with industrial clients and internal teams.
Description
- Oversee commercial activity across European markets.
- Put the subsidiary’s international sales strategy into action.
- Set and execute sales plans for assigned European markets.
- Expand business across the customer portfolio.
- Create sales budgets and long-range plans by market and customer.
- Build and maintain relationships with major customers and key accounts.
- Find, pursue, and win promising industrial customers.
- Grow sales of milk proteins, bioactive proteins, and hydrolysates.
- Assess market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Work with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
- Report to the Armor Protéines Sales Director.
Requirements
- Degree or training in agricultural science, agronomy, food science, or a related discipline
- Three to five years of substantial experience commercializing dairy ingredients internationally
- Experience with food or nutrition manufacturers is preferred
- Experience managing key accounts
- Proficiency in two or three languages
- Fluent English
- Spanish
- Collaborative spirit, thoroughness, curiosity, independence, and strong interpersonal skills
