Opis

  • Oversee commercial activity across European markets.
  • Put the subsidiary’s international sales strategy into action.
  • Set and execute sales plans for assigned European markets.
  • Expand business across the customer portfolio.
  • Create sales budgets and long-range plans by market and customer.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major customers and key accounts.
  • Find, pursue, and win promising industrial customers.
  • Grow sales of milk proteins, bioactive proteins, and hydrolysates.
  • Assess market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Work with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
  • Report to the Armor Protéines Sales Director.

Zahteve

  • Degree or training in agricultural science, agronomy, food science, or a related discipline
  • Three to five years of substantial experience commercializing dairy ingredients internationally
  • Experience with food or nutrition manufacturers is preferred
  • Experience managing key accounts
  • Proficiency in two or three languages
  • Fluent English
  • Spanish
  • Collaborative spirit, thoroughness, curiosity, independence, and strong interpersonal skills
