Digital Production Coordinator – Toronto Hybrid

Support digital marketing production for Torys LLP in Toronto by creating and optimizing website, microsite, and email content. Manage CMS workflows, SEO, accessibility, quality assurance, and digital publishing operations.

Description

  • Create, update, and publish content across the firm’s website and microsites
  • Format webpages with approved templates, components, and brand standards
  • Produce and distribute email communications and marketing campaigns
  • Manage email templates, distribution lists, and campaign calendars
  • Perform pre-publication quality checks on webpages and email communications
  • Prepare and format digital assets for web, email, and related digital channels
  • Maintain website content that supports SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives
  • Organize and refine digital content to improve search visibility and discoverability
  • Compile data on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content discoverability
  • Flag content that requires updates to preserve search accuracy and relevance
  • Uphold consistent formatting, structure, branding, accessibility, and usability across digital content
  • Review website content and flag information requiring correction or revision
  • Manage website page hierarchies, navigation elements, and content structures
  • Configure Sitecore content and pages, including metadata, tagging, and redirects
  • Manage Concep email templates, distribution lists, and established content
  • Record and monitor website, CMS, and email-platform issues through resolution
  • Maintain digital production records, content standards, and publishing checklists

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Two to three years of experience in digital content, website content management, email marketing, or a related marketing position
  • Practical experience with content management and email marketing platforms
  • Experience with Sitecore and Concep, or comparable platforms, is an asset
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and website content
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, website accessibility, and UX or content design principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of CASL and other electronic communications requirements is an asset
  • Experience with structured data, schema markup, or content optimization for AI-driven search is an asset
  • Experience coordinating projects and managing content or production workflows is an asset
  • Strong commitment to client service
