Description

  • Own portfolio digital marketing strategy and channel planning across Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy and Movement Disorder programs
  • Convert brand strategy into priorities for websites, digital media, CRM, and marketing technology
  • Define the digital operating model, including ownership, decision rights, working practices, and standards
  • Prioritize and deliver initiatives spanning digital products, platforms, data, technology, and activation
  • Partner with Commercial Excellence Engineers, Digital/IT, and agencies to deliver digital experiences and execution
  • Advance capabilities in personalization, measurement, CRM, marketing technology, and data use
  • Set measurement frameworks, KPIs, and actionable insights to support ongoing improvement
  • Create scalable digital standards and best practices across brands and audiences
  • Influence decisions and align stakeholders across a complex, highly matrixed organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Substantial experience leading digital marketing strategy in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another highly regulated sector
  • Track record of creating portfolio-level digital strategies and converting them into channel roadmaps, investment priorities, and execution plans
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, including websites, digital media, CRM, marketing technology, data, analytics, and agency models
  • Experience working with business, technology, commercial operations, and external agency teams on complex digital initiatives
  • Strong strategic and operational leadership capabilities
  • Ability to influence effectively, align senior stakeholders, and bring clarity to complex cross-functional settings
  • Sound commercial judgment and a customer-focused approach
  • Experience building processes, capabilities, and teams in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial approach, strong ownership, and confidence working with ambiguity and urgency
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel when needed
  • Ability to use computers, devices, and office equipment regularly; communicate clearly; perform occasional movement, screen-based work, and basic hand coordination; and maintain sustained focus
