Developer Relations, Enterprise AI — Lambda (Hybrid, San Francisco)

Help Lambda connect with enterprise AI and infrastructure practitioners through deployment education, technical demonstrations, workshops, and practitioner feedback programs. Translate real-world enterprise needs into useful content, community programs, and Developer Relations priorities.

Description

  • Expand Lambda’s reach among enterprise AI and infrastructure practitioners
  • Leverage professional relationships and an existing audience to introduce Lambda to communities where its presence is limited
  • Build projects with practitioners, customers, or partners and plan distribution through their audience channels
  • Produce technically accurate content about deploying production AI workloads on Lambda
  • Partner with MLE and engineering teams to turn field insights into guides, demonstrations, and open-source examples
  • Explain technical concepts through talks and workshops, using video when appropriate and adapting effective work for different audiences
  • Represent Lambda at conferences and podcasts while contributing to relevant online communities
  • Monitor challenges raised by enterprise teams and share actionable patterns with technical teams and go-to-market leaders
  • Use practitioner feedback to help shape Developer Relations priorities

Requirements

  • Experience deploying and operating production AI workloads, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge of MLOps and observability, including the reliability and performance practices needed to operate AI systems
  • Understanding of how internal AI infrastructure enables applications and adoption across an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to write or speak clearly about AI deployment or infrastructure
  • An established following or professional network among enterprise AI and infrastructure practitioners
  • Experience using collaborations and community relationships to extend the reach of technical work
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, marketing, and customer-facing teams
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite four days per week at the San Francisco or San Jose office
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Familiarity with Lambda Cloud or 1-Click Clusters is a plus
  • Experience with on-premises AI infrastructure or internal AI programs serving dozens of users is a plus
  • Experience creating technical videos, live demonstrations, workshops, or programs with external partners is a plus
