Cloud Strategy Specialist - Madrid (Hybrid)
Support Talent Hackers’ cloud strategy through roadmap coordination, KPI tracking, supplier reviews, FinOps oversight, and cloud adoption.
Description
- Provide direct support to the Cloud Strategy Lead
- Turn strategic priorities into analysis, coordination, follow-up, and practical adoption across the organization
- Maintain oversight of the cloud roadmap and portfolio
- Track KPIs and financial information to uncover optimization opportunities
- Prepare reviews with key cloud providers and technology partners
- Coordinate architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, and business teams
- Support the adoption of agreed cloud practices across teams
- Create dashboards, presentations, and decision materials using approved AI tools
- Validate AI-generated outputs and safeguard information
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and services, including cloud economics, operating models, governance, architecture, and organizational change
- At least 3–4 years of experience working in a cloud environment
- Experience in cloud strategy, technology transformation, corporate governance, portfolio management, FinOps, or a comparable multidisciplinary setting
- Understanding of how large organizations operate and experience working effectively in that environment
- Knowledge of FinOps and its connection to cloud strategy within a broader platform and cloud-foundation perspective
- University degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, business, finance, engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills for turning complex information into recommendations and executive-ready materials
- Comfort engaging with technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders while influencing without direct authority
- Ability and willingness to use AI for analysis and deliverable creation, while validating outputs and protecting information
- Cloud, FinOps, Cloud Adoption Framework, or equivalent certifications are valued but not required where equivalent experience is demonstrated
