Clinical Data Manager II - Texas Remote

Support clinical trial data management for Agile Decision Sciences by overseeing data quality, databases, reporting, and compliant project delivery. This role manages clinical data activities across multiple projects from startup through closeout.

Description

  • Oversee high-quality clinical data delivery across multiple projects from startup and planning through execution and closeout.
  • Independently complete project-specific quality control and quality assurance activities.
  • Maintain data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice, Good Clinical Data Management Practices, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Manage patient protocol information and apply protocol-specific requirements during clinical trial data review.
  • Help design databases and forms for clinical data entry and reporting.
  • Evaluate new clinical trial data management processes and systems.
  • Test clinical trial databases and data-entry screens for protocol and institutional compliance.
  • Process, track, and validate clinical data accurately and on schedule.
  • Perform data abstraction and entry across multiple clinical research databases and protocols.
  • Create and extract patient clinical data reports for publications and presentations.
  • Work with clinical databases and reporting tools.
  • Identify project-specific reporting needs and support report development.
  • Prepare, review, and submit clinical data to monitoring agencies.
  • Communicate project status with clients and review key data-management questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a medical, clinical, or research environment.
