Build broker relationships, expand agent adoption, and grow revenue for CRC Benefits, an employee benefits services provider. This hybrid role requires in-person broker meetings at designated California locations.

Description

  • Manage relationships with assigned broker firms.
  • Expand broker networks by presenting the CRC Benefits value proposition.
  • Recruit and train new agents.
  • Create revenue-growth strategies with agents and brokers.
  • Increase sales activity, products per customer, and awareness of specialized services.
  • Collaborate in a team-based sales environment to coordinate sales and retention efforts.
  • Lead POD teams supporting agents’ and brokers’ business.
  • Train agents on carrier administrative processes, product availability, and customer value.
  • Conduct strategy calls focused on priority issues, quote volumes, renewals, and schedules.
  • Record activities and performance metrics in Salesforce, Zoom, and other internal systems.
  • Coordinate field sales and retention efforts to close sales, renew cases, and add products.
  • Deliver timely sales expertise as needed.
  • Promote technology adoption and reduce manual processes.
  • Work with partner carrier resources.
  • Follow CRC Benefits confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • An active Life and Health license is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • An associate degree is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in health insurance or employee benefits sales is required.
  • Detailed knowledge of group insurance products, ideally gained through insurance marketing or sales work with a health insurance carrier or broker.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange.
  • Proficiency with web browsers, especially Google Chrome.
  • Must be licensed in and currently live in or near one of the listed California locations.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability for occasional extended or irregular hours during peak periods.
