Application Systems Analyst II - United States Remote
Support Evanhoe’s enterprise business applications as an Application Systems Analyst II. Analyze, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain systems for business stakeholders and technical teams.
Description
- Maintain and support enterprise business applications to promote reliable performance and availability
- Act as the primary contact for designated applications and business units
- Investigate and resolve application incidents, system errors, and performance issues
- Conduct root cause investigations and apply corrective measures
- Deliver Tier II application support to end users
- Work with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to address complex technical problems
- Track application health, availability, and performance through enterprise monitoring tools
- Configure and maintain enterprise applications in line with business needs
- Assist with application releases, upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Contribute to software implementation and systems integration initiatives
Requirements
- Hold an active Public Trust clearance
- Possess DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) certification
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Bring 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, conducting systems analysis, or administering applications
- Demonstrate experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite)
- Have supported commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or custom applications
- Be experienced in diagnosing application and system issues
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
