- Review and evaluate Medicaid rate information
- Analyze, develop, and validate statistical data
- Assist the Medicaid Pricing lead with rate-impact development
- Support actuarial projection activities
- Use appropriate actuarial tools to analyze data
- Conduct preliminary actuarial and statistical analyses
- Maintain actuarial pricing, valuation, and forecasting models
- Gather and refine data for actuarial analysis
- Coordinate across the division to verify data accuracy and reasonableness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least one Society of Actuaries or Casualty Actuarial Society exam completed
- Equivalent education and experience combination may be considered
- Preferred experience with Excel, SQL, and SAS
- Ability to commute reasonably to a designated posting location
