- Lead AI solution development and set technical direction.
- Architect enterprise AI systems, including multi-stage pipelines, RAG, and autonomous agents.
- Adapt and tailor AI models for legal, tax, fraud, and compliance applications.
- Establish architecture standards and engineering practices for AI systems.
- Work with AI researchers, engineering leaders, product teams, and designers.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience
- More than eight years of software engineering experience
- At least four years in senior or lead roles focused on AI or machine learning
- Experience with generative AI, RAG, and large language models
- Experience leading solution discovery across planning and teams, architecture, agentic tools, evaluations, deployment, solution lifecycle, and metrics
- Expert Python skills
- Extensive experience with AI and machine learning frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX
- Deep knowledge of machine learning principles, advanced evaluation methods, and distributed system design
- Proven experience with MLOps or LLMOps and the full lifecycle of enterprise AI applications
- Expertise integrating AI models into large-scale production systems using APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native architectures
- Advanced experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Strong leadership in driving technical initiatives
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience influencing senior stakeholders
