आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
- At least five years of facilities management experience.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Knowledge of budgets, profit and loss, and cost savings.
- Ability to influence, inspire, and build high-performing teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, dynamic work environments, or hospitality, or an MBA, is preferred.
