Apraksts

  • Manage client relationships as a trusted adviser.
  • Ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead high-performing teams.
  • Ensure contractual compliance across facility management services.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction through KPI performance and quarterly surveys.
  • Coordinate project management, real estate management, and facilities management effectively.
  • Manage the account budget and meet financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and expand the client relationship.
  • Meet contractual requirements, KPI targets, and ethical standards.
  • Lead multicultural teams by setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Promote a culture of safety and energy efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and third parties.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
  • At least five years of facilities management experience.
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of budgets, profit and loss, and cost savings.
  • Ability to influence, inspire, and build high-performing teams.
  • Experience in manufacturing, dynamic work environments, or hospitality, or an MBA, is preferred.
