Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist (India, Remote)
Lead global affiliate growth for a consumer-focused digital business from India. Own partner acquisition, program optimization, attribution, and revenue performance.

- Lead global affiliate strategy across partner acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion
- Build and grow strategic affiliate relationships, including recruitment, onboarding, negotiations, commissions, incentives, and commercial agreements
- Oversee the full partner lifecycle, from tracking setup and offers to payment reconciliation, support, activation, and relationship management
- Assess results by cohort, geography, partner category, and individual account to uncover opportunities and performance issues
- Track revenue, conversion quality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, partner ROI, and fraud signals, then turn findings into optimization actions
- Control commission spending against approved budgets and propose reallocations according to performance, growth prospects, and return on investment
- Plan and evaluate tests involving commission levels, partner rewards, promotional offers, audience groups, and campaign mechanics
- Work with Creative to produce affiliate promotions, marketing collateral, and partner assets
- Collaborate with Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering to strengthen tracking, attribution, measurement reliability, and fraud monitoring
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on payments, commercial contracts, compliance, and revenue-quality standards
- Support affiliate partners with guidance, performance insights, and ongoing account management to improve engagement and retention
- Track changes in affiliate marketing, competition, technology, regulation, and established industry practices
- Share performance analysis and optimization proposals through dashboards, reports, and structured presentations
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of practical affiliate marketing experience, ideally in B2C subscriptions, consumer technology, SaaS, or another digital business
- A record of recruiting, onboarding, activating, and expanding affiliate networks across international markets
- Demonstrated success using partner performance data to guide commissions, incentives, budgets, acquisition, revenue, and ROI decisions
- Practical experience with affiliate networks or platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, or equivalent tools
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating partner results, spotting promising segments, diagnosing changes, and prioritizing improvements
- Working knowledge of attribution, fraud prevention, quality assurance, and affiliate measurement practices
- Experience applying performance data to partner recruitment, incentive design, campaign planning, and program decisions
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Ability to work effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams spanning Marketing, Product, Brand, Data, Finance, Engineering, Creative, and Legal
- Experience owning multiple partner relationships, competing priorities, and commercial negotiations
