Remote Business Development Manager – Caribbean and Central America
Lead technology sales growth for TD SYNNEX across the Caribbean and Central America. Develop customer partnerships, expand accounts, and connect clients with relevant products and solutions.

- Develop customer sales strategies and grow business across the Caribbean and Central America
- Build trusted relationships with assigned customers
- Match customers with product solutions that support their priorities and financial goals
- Advise customers on relevant brands, products, technologies, and solutions
- Deliver strategic plans for account growth
- Deepen customer partnerships and generate demand through value-added solutions, seminars, training, and resource awareness
- Present program outcomes, surface challenges, and propose growth strategies to the Account Manager
- Track changes in products, competitors, technology, customers, and markets
- Build effective working relationships with field suppliers
- Take on additional initiatives as business priorities change
- Serve as the main sales link between TD SYNNEX and its customers
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- At least three years of relevant professional experience
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Strong expertise in an assigned product or service area, with the ability to learn the wider portfolio
- Experience growing small to mid-sized accounts with moderate complexity
- Self-motivated approach and commitment to improving sales and service processes
- Demonstrated success developing direct customer relationships, expanding accounts, and increasing sales
- Collaborative, results-oriented working style with accountability for outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Professional sales credential such as CPSP or an equivalent certification welcomed
- Relevant vendor or technology certifications are an advantage
- Willingness to work occasional nonstandard hours or overtime
- Must be located in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Panama
