People Operations Generalist - Lithuania Remote
Manage payroll, employee processes, compliance, and People Operations initiatives for PVcase’s international teams. The role supports a solar project development software business with a focus on Lithuanian employment requirements.

- Manage and improve the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, exits, benefits, and equity programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and protect data integrity
- Advise employees and managers on People policies and benefits
- Prepare and maintain People Operations materials, including offer letters and policies
- Lead the rollout of new People policies
- Process payroll accurately and compliantly for assigned employee groups
- Handle complex payroll questions as the primary point of contact
- Partner with Finance, IT, payroll providers, and People Business Partners
- Help address employee concerns and conflicts and support fair resolutions
- Produce and evaluate People Operations reports and metrics
- Apply workforce data to decision-making and People strategy
- Monitor employment law and regulatory developments to support proactive compliance
- Help develop, communicate, and consistently apply company policies
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least six years of progressively responsible experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field
- Demonstrated payroll experience, including payroll taxes, regulatory requirements, and reporting
- Experience supporting cross-border teams, particularly under Lithuanian jurisdiction
- Experience with Dutch and German employment jurisdictions is highly advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, strategic approach and genuine interest in improving the employee experience
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Lithuanian
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and tools such as Deel, Culture Amp, and Google Suite
- Experience leading small- to medium-sized People Operations projects and initiatives
- Ability to adapt and remain resilient in a fast-moving, changing environment
- Experience overseeing People Operations across multiple jurisdictions and international locations
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
