Junior Inside Sales Representative at Computacenter, Onsite in the United States
Support customer orders, quotes, and sales projects as a junior inside sales representative at Computacenter. Maintain order data, status updates, and customer opportunity records across internal teams.
विवरण
- Deliver products and services according to customer specifications and contractual service-level agreements
- Coordinate with Inside Sales Managers, Customer Executives, Senior Customer Executives, and Partner Management
- Manage open requests, quotes, escalated orders, and active projects
- Work with colleagues to deliver services aligned with company objectives and Computacenter values
- Collaborate with sales management and cross-functional teams on customer projects and orders
- Enter and monitor orders through Computacenter systems and established processes
- Share regular data and schedule updates with Inside Sales Management
- Help prepare status reports for Account Managers, project teams, and Partner Management
- Coordinate open requests, quotes, purchase orders, and escalated orders
- Record and manage open opportunities while following up with Customer Executives and Inside Sales management
- Maintain historical records of deals, pricing, and technology preferences
- Handle general administrative responsibilities as required

आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Customer-focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Working knowledge of computer applications such as Windows and Microsoft Office preferred
