- Act as a strategic partner to as many as three startup executives
- Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate calendars, email, meetings, expenses, travel, and team engagement
- Contribute to internal projects, reporting, process improvements, and workflow optimization
- Recommend solutions and address potential problems before they arise
- Help executives reclaim time, overcome obstacles, and grow their companies
आवश्यकताएँ
- Applicants must be based in Paraguay
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Fluent English proficiency at C1 level
- Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Comfort using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, AI tools, and comparable technology
- Confident and willing to take ownership, speak up, and drive action
