Apraksts

  • Act as a strategic partner to as many as three startup executives
  • Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues proactively
  • Coordinate calendars, email, meetings, expenses, travel, and team engagement
  • Contribute to internal projects, reporting, process improvements, and workflow optimization
  • Recommend solutions and address potential problems before they arise
  • Help executives reclaim time, overcome obstacles, and grow their companies

Prasības

  • Applicants must be based in Paraguay
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Fluent English proficiency at C1 level
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Comfort using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, AI tools, and comparable technology
  • Confident and willing to take ownership, speak up, and drive action
