  • Complete preventive maintenance on rental equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and carry out repairs.
  • Reduce equipment downtime safely and effectively.
  • Service varied equipment makes and models in challenging remote locations.
  • Maintain aerial work platforms and general construction equipment, with possible work on large generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil and gas equipment.
  • Follow safety-focused work practices.
  • Handle other incidental duties as needed each day.

Prasības

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Trade school or equivalent training is preferred.
  • Three to five years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty line equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years old; a CDL may be required in some locations.
  • May need to supply mechanic's tools.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish or another language may be required depending on local needs.
  • Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more, and work indoors or outdoors as required.
