- Turn the VP of Marketing’s strategy into annual plans and integrated creative, campaign, and event programs.
- Lead and develop the creative department and marketing team.
- Align programs with integrated marketing plans and shared revenue goals in partnership with Supplier Marketing and Product teams.
- Oversee marketing budgets, including forecasts, spending, and investment recommendations.
- Set integrated marketing plans and manage the enterprise marketing calendar.
- Lead the tradeshow and event program.
- Build and improve marketing processes, workflows, and reporting.
- Direct marketing analytics and performance measurement, including KPIs, attribution, and dashboards.
- Analyze customer, market, and sales data to find growth opportunities and guide targeting and segmentation.
- Present marketing performance and revenue contribution to the VP of Marketing and senior leaders.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with Sales, Product Marketing, Supplier Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams.
- Support product quality directly or indirectly and carry out other duties assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive marketing experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, campaign management, analytics, or related areas.
- At least 3 years leading and developing employees, including coaching, performance management, goal setting, employee development, and talent planning.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets or complex investment portfolios and connecting spending to revenue outcomes.
- Experience leading integrated marketing plans across creative, CRM, digital, events, content, and sales enablement, working with supplier and product marketing teams.
- Ability to build and manage marketing calendars, campaign workflows, operating processes, performance reporting, and cross-functional execution plans.
- A track record of using data and analytics to improve marketing performance and deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Experience leading or overseeing a creative team or in-house creative department.
- Sound business judgment and decision-making skills.
- Advanced analytical skills, including marketing attribution, KPI development, and performance dashboards.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, organizational discipline, and executive-level follow-through.
- Creative leadership skills.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
