Director, Client Service – Marketing Science (Chicago Hybrid)
Lead marketing science for Kantar by directing cross-channel measurement, experimentation, and attribution initiatives. Turn analytical findings into clear media investment and optimization recommendations for clients.

- Direct cross-channel media measurement plans that support strategy and business goals
- Turn measurement frameworks into polished analyses, dashboards, and client presentations
- Evaluate campaign and ongoing program performance, then recommend optimization actions
- Use multi-touch attribution to assess channel contribution and guide media investment
- Work with Analytics partners to embed measurement outputs in planning and optimization processes
- Maintain practical knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling, including LIFT and LIFT+ solutions
- Plan and deliver A/B tests, lift studies, and incrementality analyses
- Assess experimental findings and turn them into practical recommendations
- Distill complex analytical results into focused insights for clients and internal partners
- Create presentations that link measurement results to business impact and media or creative improvements
- Coordinate with media strategy, activation, analytics, and client-facing teams
- Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing science lead for assigned accounts
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues informally
- Strengthen team capabilities through knowledge sharing and best-practice development
- Spot ways to improve delivery, workflows, and analytical outputs
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 8–12 years of experience in marketing science, marketing analytics, or media measurement on the agency or brand side
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cross-channel measurement, attribution, experimentation, and ROI analysis
- Understand Marketing Mix Modeling and related measurement methods
- Have supported data-driven media planning and optimization across digital or traditional channels
- Apply strong quantitative analysis and data interpretation skills
- Explain data clearly and turn it into useful guidance for business and client stakeholders
- Work collaboratively and influence partners without direct authority
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- An advanced degree is a plus
