Lead growth for CLA’s Tekion practice by selling dealership software and complementary services. Manage pipeline development, joint pursuits, revenue targets, and post-sale handoffs.

- Lead growth for CLA’s Tekion practice
- Sell Tekion software and complementary services to CLA’s existing dealership relationships
- Acquire new clients
- Collaborate closely with the Tekion partner enablement team
- Co-sell Tekion solutions to existing dealership relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Tekion sales representatives and Account Executives on joint pursuits and stalled opportunities
- Manage the prospective-client database and develop prospect relationships
- Work with existing Tekion customers to identify unmet needs for complementary services
- Own opportunity progression, next steps, forecasting, and Statement of Work coordination
- Keep CRM activity and lead-qualification data accurate
- Achieve defined revenue targets
- Create and develop opportunities required to meet sales goals
- Collaborate with team members on pricing and Statement of Work development
- Coordinate post-sale handoffs to delivery and customer success
- Develop client references and case studies
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Tekion, CLA Digital solutions, and dealership-industry trends
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least eight years of sales and/or business development experience
- Automotive dealership experience is required
- Experience selling dealer management systems or related dealership software is required
- Tekion experience is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree is required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted instead
- Willingness to travel extensively, more than 50% of the time
- No certifications or licenses are required
