- Develop data visualizations that explain outcomes, network performance, and user engagement trends
- Build automated quality reports and network-performance dashboards with Looker and related tools
- Evaluate user journeys, business results, and provider and partner network dynamics
- Perform quantitative analysis to inform business strategy
- Manage business and provider data using SQL and Python
- Partner with business, finance, marketing, engineering, and other teams on product development and provider-network operations
- Convert complex findings into practical recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Create and maintain documented, scalable warehouse data models, including models built with dbt
- Improve ETL and ELT ingestion processes while ensuring high-quality data is available on schedule
- Assess agentic platform performance, including model accuracy, latency, conversation depth, and adherence to behavioral protocols
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in an analytical role; healthcare data experience, such as patient outcomes or capacity planning, is a plus
- Hold a BA or BS in statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field, or offer equivalent experience
- Work proficiently with SQL, Python, and Excel or Google Sheets
- Apply statistics and data-manipulation techniques confidently
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau
- Have experience using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel
- Experience applying generative AI tools is a plus
