Data Analyst at Talkspace (Remote, New York)

Analyze healthcare, product, and provider-network data for Talkspace’s online mental healthcare platform. Build dashboards, models, and insights with SQL, Python, Looker, and related analytics tools.

Description

  • Develop data visualizations that explain outcomes, network performance, and user engagement trends
  • Build automated quality reports and network-performance dashboards with Looker and related tools
  • Evaluate user journeys, business results, and provider and partner network dynamics
  • Perform quantitative analysis to inform business strategy
  • Manage business and provider data using SQL and Python
  • Partner with business, finance, marketing, engineering, and other teams on product development and provider-network operations
  • Convert complex findings into practical recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Create and maintain documented, scalable warehouse data models, including models built with dbt
  • Improve ETL and ELT ingestion processes while ensuring high-quality data is available on schedule
  • Assess agentic platform performance, including model accuracy, latency, conversation depth, and adherence to behavioral protocols

Requirements

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in an analytical role; healthcare data experience, such as patient outcomes or capacity planning, is a plus
  • Hold a BA or BS in statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field, or offer equivalent experience
  • Work proficiently with SQL, Python, and Excel or Google Sheets
  • Apply statistics and data-manipulation techniques confidently
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau
  • Have experience using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel
  • Experience applying generative AI tools is a plus
