Lead risk-based audits of BSA/AML and OFAC controls at TD, a global financial institution. Review control effectiveness, manage audit work, and communicate findings and recommendations to management.

- Perform audits for assigned businesses, functions, or projects either independently or as part of an audit team
- Serve as a subject-matter resource across audits of varying complexity
- Direct moderately complex audits and remain accountable for their completion
- Manage or independently complete audits from planning through finalization
- Coach colleagues and share audit expertise
- Test controls through walkthroughs, test-script design and execution, and issue management
- Prepare audit planning memoranda, risk and control matrices, findings grids, and audit reports
- Complete L1 reviews and approve assigned audit activities
- Support audit planning, risk assessments, and program development
- Coordinate audit communications with stakeholders throughout and after each engagement
- Present independent audit opinions, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and audit leadership
- Track and follow up on regulatory and internal divisional audit findings
- Assess subject areas to identify material risks and control deficiencies
- Produce complex reports, analyses, and assessments
- Present audit results and related communications to management and wider audiences
- Escalate significant issues to the appropriate stakeholders
- Support initiative analysis, due diligence, and implementation activities
- Stay informed about emerging trends, the business, and analytical tools
- Build relationships across business areas and contribute to knowledge transfer
- Organize competing priorities and deliver accurate work within established timelines
- Occasionally travel domestically; international travel is not required
आवश्यकताएँ
- An undergraduate degree is required
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Audit experience in BSA, AML, or OFAC is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple audit deliverables and competing priorities
- Experience conducting walkthroughs, evaluating audit results, and preparing high-quality documentation
- Working knowledge of the BSA/AML regulatory environment
- Experience operating under significant regulatory scrutiny
- CAMS, CIA, or another relevant professional certification is preferred
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Ability to perform sedentary work and manage multiple tasks continuously
- Ability to operate standard office equipment continuously
- Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods continuously
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions continuously
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic continuously
