Win new manufacturing customers and grow existing accounts across Italy, selling CAD/CAM, CNC, machine-tool, or industrial software. Work through direct and partner channels while managing the full sales cycle.

- Develop and close new business with manufacturing companies across Italy.
- Lead consultative sales conversations, establish customer business cases, and bring in technical specialists when needed.
- Grow existing accounts through renewals, added seats and modules, and re-engagement of former customers.
- Collaborate with partners and own sales results across the Italian market.
- Coordinate technical presales and implementation with technical teams.
- Develop local technical capabilities as the business expands.
- Track the pipeline and maintain sales forecasts in Salesforce.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated success winning new B2B customers in Italy in CAD/CAM, CNC, machine tools, or industrial software.
- Experience selling technical solutions to manufacturing businesses through direct sales and channel partners.
- Strong pipeline management and consistent CRM practices.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- A practical, self-directed approach to work.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Italy.
- An engineering or manufacturing background is an advantage.
