- Build the DACH pipeline through personalized prospect outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Create new sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Represent Samsara at trade shows and events while building relationships with prospective customers and partners.
- Develop product expertise and apply Samsara’s sales methodology.
- Maintain thorough records of account interactions in Salesforce.com.
- Promote and embody Samsara’s culture principles as the company expands globally.
- Take part in ADR development through training, mentoring, sales-skills programs, and certifications.
- At senior ADR levels, assist Account Executives, deliver territory plans, join strategy meetings, and support customer demo planning and participation.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in customer-facing roles.
- Have at least 6–12 months of sales experience.
- Show strong motivation and commitment to goal-oriented sales work.
- Demonstrate a consistent record of exceeding goals or expectations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both writing and conversation.
- Approach conversations with curiosity and ask insightful questions.
- Champion a growth mindset.
- Speak English very well and German fluently.
- Experience in a closing sales role is preferred.
- Achievements in studies, sports, volunteering, or other activities are preferred.
- Collaborate effectively and influence others in a “Win as a Team” environment.
- Enjoy solving unfamiliar problems with innovative approaches.
- Be motivated to help grow an IoT and SaaS company.
- Reside in Germany, France, the Netherlands, or the United Kingdom.
- Be available to work CET hours.
