Senior Manager, Digital Business Systems Consulting

Lead ERP and business systems consulting for Elliott Davis clients, advising on technology, processes, and implementation work. Oversee client engagements, project teams, business development, and delivery quality.

  • Assess clients’ business systems, including people, processes, and technology.
  • Prepare reports outlining findings and analysis of client systems.
  • Learn clients’ ERP systems and third-party applications, and support implementation and restructuring projects.
  • Oversee transaction flow analysis to resolve errors and establish complex reporting requirements.
  • Develop project plans and timelines.
  • Lead complex ERP and restructuring implementation projects.
  • Convert records for migration into new systems.
  • Advise clients on business process best practices.
  • Review staff deliverables and approve project work.
  • Attend client meetings and networking events.
  • Develop scopes of work, proposals, and client engagement letters.
  • Identify and meet prospective clients, submit proposals, and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Coordinate departmental workflow, oversee client billing, and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage project staff and provide performance feedback.
  • Work with internal and external customers and other stakeholders.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, business management, information systems, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least five years of experience as a senior-level leader.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Business development experience.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including financial statements, inventory processes, and general ledger accounting.
  • ERP implementation experience; experience with multiple ERP systems is a plus, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions for clients’ business tasks and analysis needs.
  • Experience managing projects and implementation teams, and evaluating processes.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, change orders, and timelines.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and inventory structures.
  • Knowledge of third-party applications that integrate with business applications, and ability to research application needs.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Professional services experience preferred, but not required.
  • A master’s degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to remain stationary, operate standard office equipment repetitively by hand, and speak and hear in person and by telephone.
  • Vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
  • Ability to observe and interpret situations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while handling frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to work with internal and external customers and other stakeholders.
