Lead health and welfare benefits strategy, analytics, and client relationships for Fidelity Workplace Consulting. Mentor associates while helping develop and expand innovative benefits consulting solutions.
Tavsif
- Manage client relationships by delivering comprehensive health and welfare guidance and innovative solutions.
- Shape strategy, plan design, reporting, vendor selection and management, pricing, employee contribution structures, and retiree health care solutions.
- Direct health and welfare projects within Workplace Consulting.
- Help develop and present annual strategic recommendations to clients.
- Develop a detailed understanding of client businesses, identify relationship-expansion opportunities, and address client challenges.
- Own strategic, analytical, and financial deliverables.
- Direct, support, and review health and welfare renewals, pricing, budgets, IBNP development, and related support activities.
- Support growth of the health and welfare client base through RFPs, finalist meetings, and new offering development.
- Lead and mentor health and welfare associates on client teams and across the broader practice.
- Foster collaboration and coordinate team efforts.
Talablar
- At least 10 years of proven experience managing health and welfare plans strategically, preferably within a benefits consulting or brokerage firm.
- Understanding of complex client business issues and challenges, with demonstrated ability to sell relevant health and welfare consulting services.
- Experience mobilizing available resources to resolve client problems.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities, including excellent communication and responsiveness.
- Ability to independently develop and facilitate strategic discussions.
- Ability to explain sophisticated financial results to client stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of the health insurance and benefits industry, including practices, applicable laws and regulations, financial considerations, point solutions, traditional carrier partners, PBMs, and coalitions.
- Commitment to team collaboration and coordination, including mentoring junior associates and leading teams.
- Ability to manage other associates.
