Lead full-cycle recruiting for Baseten’s marketing organization, hiring across product marketing, demand generation, content, brand, and events. Help grow the team behind an AI inference platform.
Tavsif
- Own marketing hiring targets and guide each search from role kickoff through accepted offer
- Partner with hiring managers to establish clear standards for success in every role
- Develop candidate pipelines through focused sourcing and inventive outreach
- Collaborate with recruiting coordinators to provide a strong candidate experience from initial contact through offer close
- Improve and expand recruiting processes to increase speed while maintaining high hiring standards
- Grow the marketing organization across product marketing, demand generation, content, brand, and events
- Build enough knowledge of Baseten’s product and AI infrastructure market to engage candidates credibly
Talablar
- At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a rapidly scaling startup with ambitious hiring targets
- Demonstrated success hiring across marketing disciplines such as product marketing, demand generation, growth, content, brand, and events
- Recruiting experience for technical products, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or artificial intelligence
- An ownership-oriented approach, with the initiative to address obstacles affecting hiring outcomes
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage several searches simultaneously
- Direct, effective written and spoken communication
- Availability to work from the New York office three days each week
